When it comes to tasting new wine my only question is: what is the country of origin of the wine? As my favourite wines come from France I was delighted to be asked to taste some French wines. One of them was well known Pouilly-Fuisse from ancient maison: Albert Bichot. Hurray, couldn't wait. I've come across Bichot wines on couple of occasion but they were always red wines.
