I'm holding off on the rebate due to the bad reviews I've read. If the card does end up failing for one reason or another I can still return it as long as I don't apply for the rebate. I've read some failures occured 2 and 1/2 months after installation. I will keep my fingers crossed.

Some reviewers of Powercolor Products have reported problems. With the X1650 Pro 512MB, I had no trouble until updating to Catalyst 8.6 . After moving up to Catalyst 8.6 VPU Recover kept kicking in. My games would not finish loading. Fortunately, with the re-installation of Catalyst 8.5 my problem was solved. Catalyst 8.5 is available at the following URL.

This product is a great buy. I have yet to find a game it wont play. For the money i think its one of the best value agp card in its range, The graphics are crisp and clear. The card was easy to install and installing the drivers was easy.
