The test is white and plastic and is in 2 parts. One is the stick with a pink end which you wee on and the other part is where you put the stick with the windows to see if you are pregnant or not.
It is very easy to use. All you do is wee on the stick where it is pink and insert it in to the cartridge part. You need to wee on the stick for a second. Once you have done this then you just need to wait for 4 minutes for your results.
There are 3 windows where your results show. The control window is to make sure that you have done the test properly. It's easy to do though so you shouldn't do anything wrong. The extra check window is where the pink dot should disappear. The result window is if you are or aren't pregnant. So if you have a oink dot in the result window and control window, then you are pregnant. If there is just a pink dot in the control window then you aren't pregnany.
The pregnany test is 99% accurate and can be used at any time of day or night. I used it in the evening so that both me and John (cowboy22) could see the results together.
I bought my pregnancy test from Morrisons and it cost me about £5.99 as there was an offer on it. I think the usual price is about £8.99 though which is quite expensive really, though you can get 2 tests n one box for about £11.99. You can also buy it from any chemist, Boots, Superdrugs, supermarkets or Bodycare. Different places do it for different prices so it is best to have a look around. I was going to buy it this time from Body Care as they sell it for either £3.99 or £4.99 but when I went in to buy one they didn't have any left.
You can use this test any day after you should have had your last period. I waited 14 days after my last period to make sure that I was not going to come on my period.

I recommend this test as it is reliable and very easy to use.
Update
I thought I would update this opinion from the first time I wrote it as things happened. I had a miscarriage in December of last year but have now found out that I am pregnant again and am 7 weeks pregnant so far. We are both really excited and can't wait as it will be our first baby. My estimated due date is the 30th December so that will be a lovely Christmas present for the both of us.

The box is covered in a cellophane wrapper to ensure it has not been tampered with. Basic instructions are printed on the box, but there are more detailed instructions on the leaflet inside the box. Predictor does not have to be used first thing in the morning as the hormone levels can be predicted at any time of day. However, consuming excess fluid before taking the test may dilute the hormone presence.
The test can be affected by fertility drugs containing hCG or hMG. Other fertility drugs, antibiotics, painkillers or the contraceptive pill should not affect the result.
Predictor is as reliable as any pregnancy test ...

...i decided to buy this Predictor test from my local Body Care shop. Priced at 3.99 for one or 5.99 for two I thought it was a bargain. I only bought the single because i decided you only need one at a time...and I am a tight Yorkshire women living with a tight Sottish man and like to save my pennies.

There are three little boxes on the test stick itself. The two smaller tester boxes and the results box. If you get a pink dot in the test sample you have used your test correctly. If you get a pink dot in the results window...guess what?? Your pregnant. However a pink dot doesn't mean a pink baby (girl) as I teased my partner.!!
Anyway as with other tests you hold the pen like stick in your flow for 5 seconds and then ...

The nice peach package had a sticker on it, which read “special offer now £5.95, save £2.30” however when I looked at the supermarket prices it said it would cost me £5.79, not a lot of difference but I wanted it at the cheaper price! On arrival home, I waved it at my husband who looked horified. And who could blame him? 'Predictor' isn't exactly an enticing name. Its actually quite scarey, like film titles such as 'Terminator' or 'Predator' . No thoughts of soft skin and baby talc when you read this box.

I have used a few pregnancytests. I liked the Predictortest because it was easy to use and easy to read. It can be used from the first day of you expected period. It was also a bit cheaper that some of the others that are on the market.
To use the test you hold the tester downwards in you stream of urine for 5 seconds, or you can use a clean container and immerse the tester into it for 20 seconds. You will soon see a pinky colour moving across all 3 windows. After 4 minutes if a dot has appeared in the large window you are pregnant. Even if the dot is very light you are pregnant. If after 4 minutes there is no pink dot then you are not pregnant. After 4 minutes extra checks can be done for greater reassurance they are; If after 4 minutes a dot is visable in the small right window then you have performed the test correctly. If ...

We were in Paris when we had reason to suspect we might be pregnant. Having been trying for some time I was in the habit of carrying a pregnancytest with me if going away at the end of a cycle. We used the Predictortest I'd brought with me, but the result was so faint we really felt we needed a second opinion.
We went out and bought a Clearblue test. Being in Paris the instructions were in French and despite being able to ask for the bill neither of our french vocabulary stretched to pregnancytest instructions. I have to say even we could understand what was meant by the big blue '+' that appeared in the window within minutes of peeing on the stick.

I bought this for £11.29 (packet of two) from Boots. Compared to similar products on the market, this is decent value:

£8.99 ? Boots Home PregnancyTest Kit (pack of two)
