Not Nice
Review of Stella Artois Premium Lager by LittleRena

Advantages: Taste doesn't linger, Pretty cheap
Disadvantages: Tastes bad

This is one of the worst largers I have tasted, though I have tasted worse that has to be said. Yes, this has a high alcohol content which is good if you want to get drunk, I mean it's drinkable to me so I will drink it if there is nothing else but I wouldn't go over one can of the stuff, after one can, I'd definatly be going to the shop to get something better. It's okay if people like this drink, I can taste something that might taste nice to ... Read review

probably the best beer in the world
Review of Corona Extra by loaf33

Advantages: its simply the best
Disadvantages: not the cheapest beer

sorry it aint carlsberg Corona extra, the day i found beer heaven!! i can honestly say this is the best bottle in the world. Corona extra, a mexican imported beer that has made me look forward to nights out at the weekend so i can savour the cool crisp beer that MUST be served with lime! sounds stupid but it just aint the same without it. a bar i was at ran out of lime on night so they offered me a drop of lime cordial instead, didnt sound stupid ...
...why lol! i find corona is great served chilled when your in your local beer garden and its 20oC out, which it was on Friday last and i enjoyed this pastime ;) also for a 5% alc vol, it goes down extremely easily, some may say to easy, but i have yet to find me with a hang over the next day even after consuming a couple of crates of my poison, but everyone has their tipple, this is mine. one downside is that most crates of beer were i live range ... Spanish summer supremo
Review of San Miguel Premium Lager by Doctorman

Advantages: Light, crisp, summery and tasty.
Disadvantages: It's not Australian

...Becks, and this, the Spanish San Miguel. Closer in taste to the Australian premium lagers than any other continental competitor, San Miguel is light, crisp and extremely drinkable. It's also one of the best summer beers available, and easily put away - you'll have had two or three before you notice the empty bottles building up around your feet. Leagues ahead of any of its Euro-competitors, San Miguel is the ideal sup for the summer get-together, ... Read review

Back with avengance
Review of Heineken Export Lager by jacksback40

Advantages: Clean, sweet, crisp taste
Disadvantages: a little watery

...lager make a come back. Heineken was of those lagers some years ago that was always advertised and brought out by the case load at partys, especialy at crimbo. There was always a massive advertising campaign at christmas for the likes of Heineken and Famous Grouse. Dont know if you remember the advert of the bird whistling and siging "partridge in a pear tree"then he gets shot. However, it virtually dissapeared of the shelves. I have been a senior ...
...now those clever people from Heineken have incresed the strength and its back on the shelves with avengance. Great, clean tasting beer that doesnt tend to appear to be to heavy on the taste buds after you have put it down. I always find the Stella can do this and as uts brewed with onions, it leaves a distinctive after taste, but Heineken Export for me beats it hands down. Like any of the continetal beers of today, they must be served ice cold ... Read review
