It's a wrap!
Advantages: delicious, healthy, variety Disadvantages: pricey
...the prepared sandwiches. A particular Weight Watchers selection caught my eye; several wraps ranging from Chicken Caesar to Fajita. Checking the date on a Chicken Fajita Wrap, I realised that it still had two days until it expired, so I thought it was worth popping into the trolley and saving for lunch the next day!
So, raring to try the new-to-me product, I sat myself down at lunch time, with the wrap now out of its plastic wrapper and cardboard ... ...also stated so! Being a Weight Watchers product, the nutritional information was clearly printed on the cardboard, claiming that it held just 4 Weight Watchers points, and a total of just 274 calories per wrap. Considering a normal tortilla wrap alone contains around 100 calories, I'd say that is pretty good! It also has less than 1g of saturated fat per whole wrap, when a normal tortilla has around 1.2g saturated fat alone!
This is definitely a ...

Convenient, warming, but tastes like the box it comes in
Advantages: Easy to make, convenient, quick Disadvantages: Tastes processed and false, nearly 600 cals, won't be enough for a bloke.
When these were first introduced the supermarkets all seemed to run crazy offers on the prices, which prompted my ex to buy 10 of them. Each. Luckily these were split between this and the bacon one, but it's still fair to say I've tested more than my fair share. These heat quickly in the microwave, inside a little corrogated cardboard wrapped lined with metalic card (no, it doesn't make the microwave spark!). They need turning halfway through the ... ...and crispy on the outside. There is a small sacet of pesto mayo which you need to remove before cooking and spread over afterwards. The paninis have on average two pieces of chicken inside, which does not fill the panini, there is a decent sized slice of processed cheese on top. Once the pannini had been cooked I found that the roll was more than crispy, it was like very thick toast and was quite abrasive to eat. The chicken was plasticy and of low ...

Chicken Caesar Wrap: A yummy lunchtime treat.
Advantages: Great taste, handy packaging, pre-sliced in half. Disadvantages: A little pricey.
When browsing the aisles of Tesco for some lunch this afternoon I decided to purchase this wrap as I love chicken and always try to incorporate something slightly healthy in to my diet wherever possible (the lettuce passes as healthy!). The wrap is a tomato tortilla and was nice and firm around the base of each half and a little more soggy towards the top as the Caesar salad dressing has soaked in to it. There was quite a lot of dressing which was ... ...the difference in the end of the wraps. This is available from Tesco stores or at www.tesco.co.uk for £2.20 and whilst this is a little expensive when compared to the sandwiches on offer at Tesco I think it is worth paying a little extra for something that tastes nice. ...

A good old cheese sandwich.
Advantages: Really tasty. Disadvantages: Not so healthy.
Marks and spencers in my opinion, do amazing, scrumtious sandwiches. Today was a day for a M&S Sandwich.
So at lunch time i quickly nipped in to M&S, picked up a bag of crisps, a bag of Percy Pigs and then it was time to decided on a sandwich. I went to the fridge and boy was i in for a difficult choice.
Id tried quite a few of the sandwiches before, including the chicken mayo salad, roast chicken and bacon, turkey and stuffing and the ham, cheese ... ...these today so i glanced the shelf. There was to much to chose from; Roast beef, prawn cocktail, roast chicken salad, or....and then i spotted it, the cheese ploughman. Mmmm i thought and grabbed it off the shelf before anybody else could. The nutrttion information on the packaging told me that this sandwich called 421 calories, not bad, but i'm sure i could have got a less calorific one.
Anyway, i plonked myself down on the bench and it was time ...

I couldnt even go to my castings! i phoned boots, the lady said someone ... ...im so upset because i shop in Boots pretty much every day! And i feel very let down by them, especially not even caring that they obviously have a bug infestation in one of their factories! if you want to see a photo go to my twitter page:
