Almost Foundation ... Certainly Make Up

Advantages: Blends well, isn't heavy, protects against sun related skin damage
Disadvantages: Can get water-y (separates), expensive, middling coverage

neutral - there is a slight moisturiser/chemical smell, but nothing offensive, and not terribly noticeable, especially once it's applied. It goes on well, and blends easily, as you'd expect a product with the consistency of moisturiser to do. It does not cover as well as a 'proper' foundation, though it does a reasonable job of correcting the dark circles under my eyes (though I do still use a cover stick for those, as the coverage isn't complete). I don't always (and by 'always' read 'often') remember to moisturise. Many moisturisers come with an SPF factor - the fact that I forget to use mine means that I'm grateful for the SPF 15, thus hopefully protecting my skin from aging (though, having said that, since I seldom wear make up, it's a bit of a moot point). Review of Clinique SPF15 Almost Make-Up

matte lumiere perfect for weddings or special occasion

Advantages: brilliant full coverage, easy to blend and apply
Disadvantages: hard to get off not suitable for drier skins expensive

Having found the vitulumiere too oily for my skin type (oily/combination) I switched to matte lumiere also by chanel. Chanel a fashion house famous the world over for its clothes, the signature no. 5 scents and of course those gorgoues handbags..also made a big name for itself in the world of make up and I have yet to fault any of their products, however you do in this case pay for what you get and then some.. the bottle is in a retangle shaped opaque glass with black plastic pump dispenser and black lid with the chanel logo in white on top. The foundation also contains titanium dioxide spf 15 so saves u having to use a seperate sunblock and as I prefer moisturisers without spf this is handy. Unlike other matte foundation is does not give a flat or dull appearnce but an light dewy look.. to say it was completely natural would be a lie ...

Clinique Almost Makeup SPF15 is a sheer alternative to foundation. It's somewhere between foundation and tinted moisturiser in terms of coverage and benefits. You can get it from Clinique counters in department stores, or online, so it's usually easy to find. It comes in 4 different shades from 'Fair' through to 'Deep', and it costs £18.50 for a 45ml tube.
