Terrible food

Advantages none
Disadvantages mostly
Me and my friend decided to go for something to eat and being italian myself we opted for Prezzo in Kensington. It felt a bit weird entering an empty restaurant but we were hungry and decided to stay anyway. I ordered a carni piccanti calzoni, my friend a four cheeses pizza and we shared a portion of chips. When the food arrived just after 5 minutes we sat I noticed the chips were still cold (obviously coming from a frozen pack) and soggy. I sent them back and started to eat the calzone while my friend was complaining of her pizza being cold too. I cut through the margin of the calzone to discover a big uncooked dough with no filling in it. The tomato sauce or passata was set apart, which I found it strange and no typical of Italian calzone, and surprisingly cold (again). I then open it to see if it had any content to reveal two meat balls that resembled dog food, few dry chicken pieces and no cheese. I don't know where the chef had to be blame for most of the food being cold but I think this chain should review all of their menu.
Upset and still hungry I sent it back paid for my friend pizza and promise myself to stay away from Prezzo.
