Primark Opia Liquid Eyeliner

I am not normally someone who buys cheaper cosmetics as I like to spend a bit more and know they are a good brand with good quality. However, I was shopping one month where I was quite short for money and desperately needed liquid eyeliner but couldn’t afford my usual brand, so I decided to opt for Primark’s Opia make up. I'm a devoted primarni fan and love there clothes and jewellery, so when my local store introduced a small cosmetics section to the product range i was more than happy and treat myself to a number of items, one of which was the liquid eyeliner, setting me back £1, which seemed like a bargain to say the least! The eyeliner comes in a 6ml tube which is similar to a mascara tube as it has the more rounded shape. The tube is clear with the liquid visible, making it simple to tell which colour the product is. Makeup can be expensive and I am always looking for cheaper alternative, and that is what brought me to primark.....well known for their bargain prices! You get what you pay for indeed. Hard to apply (the brush is awful!) and once on, looks very cheap and tacky . This eyeliner also smudges very easily leaving me looking like i have been involved in some sort of altercation. I found that it often left clumps at the corner of my eyes and I would get some with irritation.
