Spent over £870 within 2 months, got nice things, not bad quality, but almost every visit I come to one of Primark stores I come out frustrated from the terrible behaviour of the staff. I thought in the beginning one incident or one person, but with the time I realised that this was just a general behaviour of most of the staff in the 4 branches I visited!! They are too rude, talk to you without respect as if you were in a school and they give you their orders!! bought teared item but discovered that late, went for refund the customer service was terrible and drove me mad with her bad behaviour, called the manager, did not accept to refund nor exchange item as it was reduced, only £4 difference in price, and she did nothing for that. Feel sorry I spend that much money and get this low quality customer care. Finally I rather to spend more in other shops & get the correct level of customer care & manners than to spend less and get less level of respect. Would not recomend that store to no one.
