The quality of clothes
------------------------------

I have bough many items from here, including tops, jeans, lingerie,
And my children’s clothes and so far I have never had any problems, with the clothes.

I do always check on the material though before I buy, as I would recommend doing this in any shop that you go to. I have seen a few items that I thought were of poor quality, but the good quality clothes outweigh the poor ones.

The changing rooms
-----------------------------

Well in my honest opinion, I have never been in the changing room, as they look rather small. When I am trying on clothes I like to have plenty of room to move. This really is not a problem though as they do offer a full refund or exchange should the item not fit or is damaged. I will explain more about that later.

The layout of the shop
------------------------------

Well I have shown you the departments so now for the outlay. I do think that this is pretty poor; the shops are rather large, which is good as they do get very busy.

I do think that the way the clothes are laid out are not very good though. Some clothes are just folded up on tables, others are just hanging, but there are no signs to tell you where you can find the skirts or jeans and stuff so you have to walk around the entire shop to find what you are looking for. They do not keep all the stuff together; you will find some jeans at one end, then some more jeans at the other end.

I do find this rather annoying, as sometimes I may only be going for some jeans and it takes me ages to go around the shop to look at all the pairs available.

The Refund Policy
-------------------------

This is really simple, always remember though that you can’t do this at the till, you must go to the customer service desk, and otherwise you will end up queuing twice.

All you do is go to the counter, tell them why you have returned the goods, sign a slip of paper, and you can either exchange your goods or get a full refund. It really is that simple.

The staff there is really friendly and won't question you or try to sell you something that you do not really want to buy. I have always found them quite helpful when ever I have been there.

I would advise though, that if you buy jeans to get a bigger size to what you normally get, as each pair I have bought mu normal size wont fit and have always had to get a bigger size.

Loads of stuff to choose from
Great returns policy

Why would I not recommend this shop?
-----------------------------------------------------

The layout of the items in the shop

My personal thoughts
-------------------------------

I have visited this store many times, and I have always come out with a great bargain. My kids also love going here, as they always get lots of clothes, as they are so cheap.

I really could not say anything too bad about this shop, as the pro's more than outweigh the cons.

I will say I have never bought shoes from here, as I do find that shoes need to be more expensive to be of good quality and not fall apart loll.

Here are a few things I have purchased over the last few weeks:

Ladies Jeans - £10
Ladies top - £8
Gel bra - £4
Girl’s leggings - £2.50
Girls top - £2.50
Girls skirt - £3
Boys top - £2
Boy’s trousers - £3.50

That is just a few of the bargains I have got, this is great especially for the children’s wear, as they always end up damaging their clothes or just grow out of them fast.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone that has not been; you really do not know the bargains that you are missing out on. So why not have a look, I am sure you will find something for everyone in the family.

Why only 4/5 stars?
---------------------------

This is simply as having a negative i felt i could not give this 5/5, the only problem is layout. The rest is great.

Thanks for reading my review I hope it helps xx

Really good and helpful review. Primark is fab because the clothes are so cheap, but I know what you mean with the layout. It really annoys me sometimes, expecially with clothes all over the floor and all jumbled up! -Jo
