The book ends with a bit of humour, (as do all of The Large Family books), which makes it enjoyable to read. I think it is good for very young readers from around 2 and isn't too difficult for independent readers of around 6. I also like the temper tantrum from mum, as I can see myself in this situation.
The only complaint I have is that granny should be fired!!! She should have kept the children downstairs in the first place!!

It has lasting appeal so I think it is definitely one to buy, rather than get from the library. the pores, which doesn't feel good, but this is only after a good few hours. You can remove it easily with just soap and water or whatever cleanser you use.
The only slightly major problem I can see with this foundation is that it only comes in 5 colours, all of which are quite light, so anyone with darker skin won't be able to use it. Also the lightest shade isn't particularly light so pale people won't be able to use it either. ...
