I've always been plagued with ingrown hairs on my bikini line ever since I started removing hair from that area. I've been waxing it for the last eight years or so now as my skin is very prone to razorburn and my hair is fast growing so it seems to be the best option. I find that a few days to a week after waxing, I get several ingrown hairs. Sometimes they are small bumps and the hair is easy to squeeze or pluck out but I tend to get deep rooted ones which make the skin come up in a nasty bump. I'm always on the look out for the 'holy grail' of ingrown hair products. When googling it one day, I saw that Oprah Winfrey had recommended this one and thought it would be worth a go. I ordered it online from seasonaltrends for £20.95. It comes in a glass bottle with a pump action top and is a pale green colour. The smell isn't unpleasant and vinegary like some, it smells not unlike washing up liquid with a hint of disinfectant. The dispenser is a bit hit and miss and tends to shoot it onto your clothes, the floor or anywhere else other than your hand, so I apply it directly to the bikini area while lying down. It is a pleasant silky texture but I find it tends to foam up when you try to massage it in. I really wanted to like this product and hoped it would be the end to my ingrown hair woes. Sadly, this was not the case. After two weeks use I have three large inflamed bumps on the bikini area, one of which appears to have become infected. I've got some TendSkin back on order, as its disadvantages pale in comparison to this product. Princereigns was not the Prince Charming of products that I had hoped for. The only advantages was that it didn't dry my skin out and it seems to be quite long lasting due to its texture, so maybe better value than it first seemed. Shame it didn't work!

Very informative - as someone who is also fighting a running battle with ingrown bikini hair, I think this sounds like a good product.
