Mini Eggs :)

Advantages: -
Disadvantages: -

Caburys Mini Eggs are one of my favourite easter treats and luckily this year they have hit the shops extra early. These sweets are produced by Cadburys so have lovely Cadburys chocolate in them. They are egg shaped milk chocolate pieces in a crisp sugar shell and come on different colours including pink, white, yellow, purple and brown. Each sweet has a speckled brown effect to make them look even more egg like. Mini Eggs may contain traces of nuts, eggs or soya for those of you that have heath conditions or allergies. The nutritional information is as follows: Per 100g- Calories 455 Protein 4.6g Carbohydrate 64.7g (of which sugars) 63.1g Fat 20g There are 100g in an average bag of Mini Eggs. As you can see there is a large amount of sugar, calories and fat in a bag of Mini Eggs, so you may only want them ...

Review of Cadbury Mini Eggs

mini eggs

Advantages: tasty
Disadvantages: can't stop at one

Cadbury's chocolate is just the best! The mini eggs are just soooo moreish it's baaad!! I buy these in the 100g bags - the bag is yellow with mini eggs written across the middle in purple, the cadbury logo is in the top left and they have pictures of the eggs on the packet. The bag of eggs cost 99p. The eggs are solid chocolate covered in a crispy shell, as soon as you open the bag you can smell the cocoa - you just want to dive right in the bag and start scoffing! The shells are different colours and I always want to suck the shell off so I can savour the chocolate, it never happens though I just have to bite it to get to the chocolate. If you were to eat just one egg then you would only get 15 calories which is nothing but can you just eat one? I can't! Also in the one egg you would get - 0.1g of protein 2g ...

Review of Cadbury Mini Eggs

Moreish Mini Eggs!

Advantages: Tasty, Contrast of textures, moreish.
Disadvantages: Not the healthiest of snacks!

***INTRODUCTION*** Mini Eggs are made by Cadbury's, therefore you know you are getting good quality chocolate. You can purchase mini eggs in multi-packs, tubes, various sized packets (even 400g). John Cadbury opened his first shop in 1824, and began manufacturing cocoa in 1831 (http://www.cadbury.co.uk). Cadbury's have obviously had huge success and sell a wide variety of chocolate products today e.g. Cadbury's Flake, Boost, Crunchie, Milk Tray and the tasty Mini Eggs that I will review today. ***WHAT ARE MINI EGGS*** Mini Eggs are ideal for Easter or in fact any time of year. They are small (bitesize) solid chocolate eggs with a sugary coating or shell. They can be purchased from your supermarket, the price of the 400g bag is £2.99. ***SMELL*** The smell is not overly strong, just a soft cocoa / sugary smell ...
