Advantages: Very quick when you have little people wanting something to eat immediately Disadvantages: a tiny bit pricey - definately compared to potatoes
Peel the potato, put in water, boil, then mash. Simple.
So when my daughter asked me to buy her some mash potato I could not believe what I was hearing!
She was paying 99p for a pot of potato. This was too much for one but not enough for 2.
So when out shopping one day we saw that Aunt Bessie does mash potato and although this was more expensive you could use as little or as much as you wanted at a time.
Aunt Bessies Mash potato comes in 900g bags and at the moment costing around £2.00. Inside are 5cm circular or puck size pieces 1cm thick.I am not sure how many are in there but it is at least 25.
The potato is real potatoes and it is mashed with milk, butter and salt and peper.

Advantages: healthy- if you don't use the dressing Disadvantages: too much lettuce
Ingredients:-
Overall impression - way too much lettuce so unless you are a rabbit and love lots of lettuce you will get bored with this.
Could do with some more new potatoes - looks as though only 1 new potatoe has been allocated per salad portion which is sliced up to make it look more.
Egg - again could do with just a bit more egg as everything gets lost in the amount of lettuce.
the other ingredients are - tomato, cucumber. some grated carrot and a few very thin slices of radhish. - to be honest most of this gets lost in the copious amounts of lettuce.
Along with the salad there is also a sachet of salad dressing (also known as salad cream) which accounts for the fat content in the nutrional facts given below
