Canon PG 40
Advantages: Long-lasting and fair priced Disadvantages: Printer does not recognize full ink cartridge
...2 months ago for my Canon Pixma MP140 and I love it. It has produced high-quality prints that have no lines or blots for my school work thus far. And let me tell you, I have done lots of printing with it. I like this product because it is a lot larger than other ink replacements. The Canon PG 40 has 12 mL compared to other ink replacements that only have between 5 to 7 mL. As well, it is able to replace many other ink cartridges and for a relatively ... ...so far is that my printer flashes a low ink signal even though the cartridge is full. All in all, I would suggest buying this product if one is in need of a replacement cartridge. It is relatively cheap and has thus far lasted a long time with no problems whatsoever. A very good product indeed. ...

Great ink, not so great price
Advantages: Easy to fit, built in LED warning light Disadvantages: Expensive for 13ml capacity and is chipped
...Black and are for the Canon Pixma iP4200 and other similar printers. There is absolutely no difference apart from the colour of the ink in them.
Where to buy
**************
I get mine from Maxsave.com @ £7.07 inc P&P OR from Ebuyer @ around £7.50 (different prices for different colours for some reason) with free P&P.
What do you get?
******************
You effectively get a small clear plastic box 1cm x 4cm x 7cm. This box is split into two ... ...good. I have tried Canon pro paper that came with the printer and the results were even better, but probably not worth the extra money. The ink, when using Canon papers, is said to last 100 years - no idea how they would know that !!
Can you refill them
********************
Yes , but the chip will cause the computer to display error messages and warnings that your printer warranty will be void if any damage is caused by refilling. There is talk ...

Much better Than Ink Refills, Worthy of the investment
Advantages: superb quality printing, non fade/smudge Disadvantages: n/a
...cheap ink refills in our epson printer and seeing the loss of quality, I opted to buy the real deal and get this multipack of epson inks that are compatible with our printer. I was a little worried that I was paying too much for this multipack considering it was just under £28 but when you divide this by the amount of cartridges it works out about £7 per cartridge which isnt too bad for ink in the grand scheme of things. I used to have to perform ... ...the poor quality ink refills that I used, but now using the genuine cartridges the difference is night and day. You get four colours in the box - Cyan, Magenta, Black and Yellow, with the black ink having a slightly bigger capacity than the others as it gets used more often. The cartridges are so simple to install after removing them from the packaging, just dont touch the little electronic chip on the base of the cartridge when you are installing ...

Oki toner cartridge - Professional, excellent quality printing.
Advantages: Professional quality. Simple to change, good colour Disadvantages: Expensive, not sure if it is recyclable
I have been using the Oki toner cartridges for apporximately 12 months. In my opinion the quality is fantastic, clear and precise. When a notice pops up telling me to replace the cartridge it can be ignored for quite a considerable time, even when running low on certain colours I have still found that the quality is good. When the time comes that the colour reproduction is not good enough then as long it is not for an important document I have found ...

The HP 300's bigger, stronger brother
Advantages: prints lots Disadvantages: none
...range of print cartridges from HP is the bigger and better version of the HP300. Those of you who remember my stunning, wrongly uncrowned review of the HP300 will remember how it ran out after just 140 pages. Well, this time I splashed out on the upgrade. Basically, these cost £30 each, although I picked them up on ebay for around £19 brand new and sealed. They are print cartridges that do a lot more than the HP300.
The black and white cartridge ... ...got out of its baby brother at just twice the price). The colour one gives 440 pages.
The cartridges are tidy and easy to install – they just click into place. There’s no ink around and you won’t get ink everywhere which is ideal.
The quality of the ink is stunning – rich and dark, intense and thick, it looks brilliant. It never splotches of makes a mess, and only starts to go sporadic when it’s running out.
The good thing about these is you can ...
