Push my button, press it baby press it
Advantages: cheap, quality product, easy yo use Disadvantages: hardly any, maybe software
Ok ladies gents after long time no review I’m writing again as my exams are over. Ok so today I am reviewing the pressit lite CD labelling kit.
What’s in the box?
--------------------------
OK I’m not going to bore you with packaging details as you can see the picture but the box is appealing and basically just illustrates what you can do with the kit.
In the box you get:
Expressit design software CDrom
Pack of CD labels and jewel case inserts
... ...need no description other than the labels and inserts are white and the CDrom was a lovely shade of orange. The applicator can vary in colour but mine was blue. It is fairly small, has the front surface area of a CD with a little lump sticking out of the top and a spring in the middle.
OK now its time for the serious testing and analysis!
How easy is it to make a label?
----------------------------------------
To put it simply, it’s as easy as ...

Much better Than Ink Refills, Worthy of the investment
Advantages: superb quality printing, non fade/smudge Disadvantages: n/a
...cheap ink refills in our epson printer and seeing the loss of quality, I opted to buy the real deal and get this multipack of epson inks that are compatible with our printer. I was a little worried that I was paying too much for this multipack considering it was just under £28 but when you divide this by the amount of cartridges it works out about £7 per cartridge which isnt too bad for ink in the grand scheme of things. I used to have to perform ... ...the poor quality ink refills that I used, but now using the genuine cartridges the difference is night and day. You get four colours in the box - Cyan, Magenta, Black and Yellow, with the black ink having a slightly bigger capacity than the others as it gets used more often. The cartridges are so simple to install after removing them from the packaging, just dont touch the little electronic chip on the base of the cartridge when you are installing ...

Oki toner cartridge - Professional, excellent quality printing.
Advantages: Professional quality. Simple to change, good colour Disadvantages: Expensive, not sure if it is recyclable
I have been using the Oki toner cartridges for apporximately 12 months. In my opinion the quality is fantastic, clear and precise. When a notice pops up telling me to replace the cartridge it can be ignored for quite a considerable time, even when running low on certain colours I have still found that the quality is good. When the time comes that the colour reproduction is not good enough then as long it is not for an important document I have found ...

The HP 300's bigger, stronger brother
Advantages: prints lots Disadvantages: none
...range of print cartridges from HP is the bigger and better version of the HP300. Those of you who remember my stunning, wrongly uncrowned review of the HP300 will remember how it ran out after just 140 pages. Well, this time I splashed out on the upgrade. Basically, these cost £30 each, although I picked them up on ebay for around £19 brand new and sealed. They are print cartridges that do a lot more than the HP300.
The black and white cartridge ... ...got out of its baby brother at just twice the price). The colour one gives 440 pages.
The cartridges are tidy and easy to install – they just click into place. There’s no ink around and you won’t get ink everywhere which is ideal.
The quality of the ink is stunning – rich and dark, intense and thick, it looks brilliant. It never splotches of makes a mess, and only starts to go sporadic when it’s running out.
The good thing about these is you can ...

Give your printer a proper clean
Advantages: Quick and easy, cleans well Disadvantages: None
Fargo Printer Cleaning Kit
The Fargo printer cleaning kit is designed for Fargo printers. Fargo printers are printers that are designed to print on plastic cards, using a ribbon. In most of these printers it is nearly impossible to get into the inner workings to clean manually, and by design they get dust inside which makes for poor quality prints and eventually, jamming of the cards.
It is important therefore to periodically clean your ... ...I am always surprised when the cleaning card comes out how dirty it is. They really are so easy to use and great quality. If you have a Fargo printer and havent been cleaning it, then get your finger out and go buy a kit. You'll be glad you did. ...
