I print out alot of things on my home PC so when I saw refills I thought I would try them

I bought 15 cartridges of their recommended compatible ink for my Canon MP610. I felt reassured by the statements made about their products..... "Our replacement ink cartridges are manufactured to meet ISO 9001 standard and continuously test our printer cartridges to ensure quality is maintained, so you do not need to worry about quality." Within 5 weeks of using the ink my printer was wrecked. No amount of cleaning cycles has fixed the problem. ... ...no amount of professional ink remover has fixed the problem. They are not replying to my emails after I requested a refund, I tried to call them instead but the phone is not being answered. These guys are cowboys and I regret believing the fictitious statements on their site . I would not recommend using this firm. ...

Advantages: Fairly cheap Disadvantages: Product does not work; spurious excuses to sell rubbish
I purchased 10 cartridges for my printer. They arrived promptly but I did not need them for a couple of months. When I came to use them they were utterly useless. No amount of "cleaning" made their cartdridge work and I was using up expensive OEM ink in the other cartridges. I emailed "Customer Service" twice and had an auto reply, nothing more. I telephoned their "customer help line" three times waited 45 minutes on one occsaion, no reply. I finally ... ...number was being emailed at that time - nothing. I was told that their inks did not "mix" with OEM inks and it was my fault. They have £45 of my money - do not fall into the same trap. Avoid these people like the plague. I have learned to check suppliers in this site before I order. Tell all your friends about these people. I am considering a complaint to Hillingdon Trading Standards - any one else up for that ? ...

...phoned again and now two weeks later I have nothing, no cartridges and I'm out of pocket.
printerinks.com are very bad news and I keep hearing more about them daily...especially on Twitter where a number of my followers have DM'd me to say they have had the same experience ...

Advantages: NONE Disadvantages: VERY POOR QUALITY & SERVICE
I had the unfortunate experience to use this company recently and found the following disadvantages.
1 the so called next day service took a week 2 the quality of the epson ink cartridges was totally unacceptable it almost ruined my Picture mate printer, the colours were so un-natural it was appalling.
3 the after sales / costomer service does not exist .

I have had the same experience as the previous reviewer...the worst customer service I've ever come across. They took 2 weeks to send a condescending answer to our first email when the cartridges they sent would not work in my printer and then no reply at all to the follow up email. I have called them today and waited 15 mins for the call to be taken. I was then spoken to in a condescending manner, the agent told me to try each of the 9 cartridges ... ...don't work and requested my money back, the agent reiterated that I should try them all. I tried one more that didn't work either and she told me to clean it with a cotton bud and leave the printer off for 4 - 5 hours. I said that I still wanted our money back for the ones that don't work and she hung up on me. Meanwhile, I have a pile of faulty cartridges, a inkless printer, a long list of documents to print and am out of pocket with no sign of ...
