I have used Printerinks for quite a few years now and found them to be a pretty ok company with their fast and free delivery but when it comes to customer services, oh boy do they fall flat on their face. I recently ordered a cartridge for my HP Ink Jet Printer and when it arrived I found out that it was faulty. I e-mailed their "contact us" help desk asking how I went about getting a replacement or a refund but received no response. I tried e-mailing them another couple of times with the same result. I then wrote to their Head Office asking what to do about my cartridge, and complained about the lack of assistance from their "contact us" help desk, but you guessed it, three weeks have passed and not a peep from them. They do however continue to e-mail me with their "special offers" so obviously someone within the orginization has access to a computer.!!
