It went like this:
Placed order on buy two get one free (or so I thought)
contacted them after no show of products for 3 weeks
was told I hadn't paid
Sent them proof I had
No apology
Dispatched two of the cartrigdes no free one
gap of a week
then told the other part of my order was out of stock
sent me an original 1 when I had ordered two - by this point two months had gone by since my original order
Contacted them about the buy 2 get 1 free
they said it wasn't on my cartridge
Sent them the advert to show them it was
They said it was only on some........not mine
