Disadvantages Offering items as available for next day when not even in stock
I ordered a popular toner cartridge on next day delivery. I used my credit card to complete the purchase an the item appears on my statement, so payment has definately been made. There was no delivery the next day nor the day after that, infact no delivery at all. After contacting them they admitted that they do not have the item in stock, so cannot reasonably offer next day delivery. They have outdated information about postal strikes and it seems they give teh same attention to their web site as they do to their customer service. Cancellation requests are met with emails promising re-stocking by the end of the month. I want to cancel, how hard is that to understand? I want to cancel an order for somethink they don't even have. They appear to take no notice of their own service standards or agreements. Stay away and don't waste your time.
