On the 6th November I placed an online order for a Lexmark C543dn. At the quoted price of £129.00 it seemed a bargain. Almost immediately I received an order confirmation which gave a shipment date of 7th November. This I thought would ensure delivery in the middle of the following week. The product descriptions were excellent and the images most helpful. I found the site extremely easy to use and very well laid out. I was after an A3 colour laser machine. I wasn't sure which one to go for so I rang the free phone sales line. I was passed through to the A3 sales team and the young lady I spoke to was extremely knowledgable of all the products they sell. She talked me through all the features of the machines and how the running costs vary from different machines. I print alot of large images for my ...

I eventually went for the Xerox 7400 with a page pack contract which includes warranty and all the print consumables you need. The printer arrived the following morning.
