I had never used Printerland before but a friend had and he always said he received brilliant service. Their website was very clear and easy to use so finding the inks for my printer was easy. They were also the cheapest on the internet. I prefer to order over the phone and this was not a problem. I got straight through and spoke to a very helpful person who checked all the details of my order. I placed the order at about 4.30pm, I was advised that at that time they couldnt guarentee next day delivery as their cut off is 3.30pm, but they said they would try to get the delivery sent out for me and the next day inks were delivered by courier at 9.20am. I will be recommending this company to my friends as the service was without fault.
