Review of HP PhotoSmart 7350 by Nann

Advantages: brilliant color photos, easily used with computer, nice looking machine, not noisy!
Disadvantages: quite slow to print, but worth the wait, double sided printing requires accessory, more cost

...photos, thank heavens I found HP Photosmart, it is quieter than the other two, easy to connect to computer, has four slots for different media cards thank heavens, (I have just changed digital camera, new one has stick and not card as previous camera) I am also able to download photos for friends and family with different type of media. I wish it would print both sides, but unfortunately you have to buy a special cartridge, I think it should be ...
...very surprised at the amount of photos plus printing that I obtained from the cartridge, so not as expensive as first thought. Most of the time I find I can use 'normal mode' for printing photos, sometime 'Best mode' has too much ink, unlike my previous printer which always had to be in best mode. obviously this saves on ink, trial and error will soon make sure you use the correct mode. I am very pleased with this printer and would certainly recommend ... Read review

they don't make them like they used to
Review of HP Deskjet 840c by sting_of_the_scorpion

Advantages: extremely durable
Disadvantages: ancient - hard to get cartridges

...of the newer printers from HP lack the same quality and workmanship - the plastic tabs inside the printer responsible from pulling the paper into the printer and the rollers on newer printers seem to break very easily, while this one is still going strong. In terms of design, I would say that this printer is one of the bigger and HEAVIER ones out there. After all, this printer was designed back in 1999 or 2000 and the technology back then was much ...
...nowadays. However, in that huge, heavy printer, there is some very good workmanship, because the plastic tabs, the rollers, the mechanical parts are all still working with extremely little maintainence (with "maintenance" being just blowing air through the printer to get rid of the excess dust). Long story shortened: because this printer has been discontinued, coupled with ink cartridge prices, I would recommend getting another printer, but because ... Read review

HP Printer Review
Review of HP Deskjet 3820 by matty168

Advantages: Reasonable Price,Good build quality
Disadvantages: Can be slow and availability of cartridges

Before using the HP DeskJet 3820 I have only ever used Epson printers. Recently i thought i'd give HP a go as i have always heard good things about them and been told that they are reliable. I know that HP's ink cartiridges are not as freely available as Epson but it seemed to be worth a go seeing as i don't like sticking to one manufacturer all the time. The specs for the printer are as follows: Impressive photo-quality results with up to 4800-optimzed ...
...cartridge is compatible with the HP deskjet 3820 printer which is capable of producing photo-quality results with up to 4800 x 1200 depending on the type of paper used. I Would recommend the use of official HP paper if you are intending to achieve the best results for this as it is optimised for it. In terms of the ink cartridge,HP are one of the only companies that actually tell you how much ink is in their cartridges on the box. There are two ... Read review

Good Compact Printer
Review of HP Deskjet 6127 by ray52

Advantages: Excellent print quality. Easy to use. Duplex system.
Disadvantages: None for me

...my computer. This is the HP Deskjet 6127 Colour Inkjet Printer. The printer itself uses both black and colour ink (as the name of the printer implies anyway). This, I find, is ideal for the type of printing I do. This includes letters and various spreadsheets and all kind of reports. One of the reasons why I like this printer is that it has separate ink tanks for black and coloured inks. These tanks are very easy to install and de-install, in my ...
...manager told me that the HP Deskjet 6127 Colour Inkjet Printer was very easy to set up using the CD and following the on-screen instructions. Loading the paper is, again in my opinion a very simple operation. To place up to 150 A4 sheets of 80 gram white paper all I have to do is lift the out-feed paper tray cover up and slot the paper into the in-tray. As you look at the printer from the front there is a moveable paper guide at the left-hand side ... Read review

slow but reliable
Review of HP Deskjet 3325 by its_ashy

Advantages: good quailty prints
Disadvantages: very slow compared to others

...as is expected from the HP brand, though is very slow, espescially in colour. This printer is not suitable for high volume printing although does an adequate job on my stand-alone pc. As with most HP printers, the ink cartridges are quite expensive at around £18 for original HP, although many places will supply compatible cartridges at around half that price. The printer is very compact and considering its age, still quite stylish. IT only has ...
...product isn't made for high volume printing this isn't really a draw back. I probably wouldn't recommend this due to the printing speed and the cost of replacement cartridges but I've had it 5 years and I can't remember it jamming once so I don't want to put it down too much ... Read review
