We have recently purchased 2 of these at my office, none of us are pros with computers or networks but we were able to set them up on our on and get them on the company network within 30 mins! (via USB) It comes with a cd-rom with installation software and a users guide and also a paper get started guide. This product is very good for producing business type letters. It is fast and reliable and rarely gets jammed. It can use universal paper as well as the more expensive type papers and the memory capacity is very good. Although it only prints in black and white it is a high definition print quality and the ink cartidges last a fair while even when it is being used by several printers. ...DOT4 drivers. I telephoned HP Customer Support and they said "you need to wait for 2 hrs for the printer drivers to install" - I have never heard anything of the sort so I waited two hours - only to find that my computer crashed and rebooted itself.
