no more messy ink cardridges
Review of SAGEM Photo Easy 155 by nedmusic

Advantages: seems to be a cheap method and easy to set up
Disadvantages: might be a problem with cartridge

Just got the sagem 155 photo printer and so far I am very impressed. The quality is the same as a normal photo from a shop and it takes less than a minute. I have found a slight problem with the cartridge not being seen but will update you later. wish I had bought one of these earlier.this will solve the problem I have been having with ink jet printers ie paper and ink quality not good. at the moment these printers are available on and off at the ... Great quality personal photo prints!
Review of SAGEM Photo Easy 255 by lordmercia

Advantages: Affordable, Connectivity, Quick, Portable.
Disadvantages: Consumable Availability, Head Gets Dirty Quickly.

Well, these days everyone likes photo's. Most have digital camera's and so personal photo printers are quickly becoming must have accessories to complement the cameras. Being honest, I myself wasn't too interested in owning a personal photo printer, I was perfectly happy using Boot's online service to get my digital prints or simply use my standard printer, although upon owning one I do find it has it's benefits, especially since I got it free from ...

Fast, easy person photo printing
Review of Sony Digital Photo Printer DPP-FP90 by emimiao08

Advantages: Good value, good quality photos
Disadvantages: A little bit noisy

...this year, together with a Sony digital camera. Being the wonderful dad he is, he gave them as a gift to me and my husband so that we could take some great photo memories. Our version is not black - its the white one. The printer also came with a 'print pack', which contains print cartridges and photo paper. Each cartridge gives 40 photos. We had a lot of photos from our honeymoon and other lovely times since we'd been together, and having this ...
...don't want to make the trip to the local photo shop! This is a very convenient solution for printing out those precious holiday snaps, at a very high level of quality - make yourself a cup of tea and discuss with family whilst sorting through photo collections. There are a number different methods that can be used for getting the photos onto the printer - it takes memory stick duo, SD cards, compact flash and also a direct (compatible) camera connection ... Even the wife admits it makes pretty good prints
Review of Sony Picture Station DPP-FP30 by dobieg

Advantages: Astonishingly good prints
Disadvantages: requires special media, 23p a sheet

...announced that I'd bought a Sony DDP-FP30 (well, at any rate, that was the 'polite' translation!) She was right to a point - We use a Samsung laser printer (which I've reviewed previously)on the main PC - mostly for printing reports, projects and general rubbish that doesn't need colour. We've got an ancient Epson colour inkjet, which is attached to the kid's PC, which aspires to photo quality, but really doesn't deliver the goods, and there's ...
...which are connected to an absolute dinosaur of a minicomputer (size and weight of a couple of washing machines!) So why invest in 'another toy which you'll get fed up with in a couple of weeks'? - well - this one's different! (but I would say that!) The DPP-FP30 is a compact dye sublimation printer which is designed to produce high quality colour photographs in what approximates to 'quarter plate' format (roughly 4"x6" - less margins). The claimed ... Read review

A printer good for home use
Review of Canon PIXMA IP2500 by Sweetpea1075

Advantages: Inexpensive, Nice design, modern looking, OK for everyday use
Disadvantages: Noisy, takes ages to start up, goes through ink quickly

...had broken. I have a Canon camera and know that Canon is a good well know brand. It also looks nice and modern and has a nice shiny black finish. For the jobs that I want it to do at the moment, it performs well, although I am hoping to print out some large photo prints in the near future, so will be upgrading. For standard photos and written documents, it does the job nicely, although some of the colours on the photos did not come out the same ...
...the printer itself, as my PC may not be set up correctly. The disadvantage is the amount of ink it uses. I have never used so much over the last few months, especially if you are printing out photos - it is not a cheap option. Much cheaper to get them done at processing lab or online. The ink is not cheap for this printer either, compared with other similar printers. Although I have found that even when it says it is empty, there is still actually ... Read review
