Review of Canon PIXMA IP90 by
GWJ270967
Advantages: comact, stylish, good brand reputation
Disadvantages: infa red slow, is heavy when used with battery
...to buy an old canon bjc 80 or the likes.
I then went onto ebay and searched for a portable printer, you can imagine all the junk that came up and then I saw it, the Canon Pixma IP90, looking very stylish, so like everything else I buy I searched the internet for information on it, and all the reviews I found were positive, albeit the printer was a bit pricey at £199 but I was not swayed and and kept hunting for the best price, in the end I bought ... ...for the pair for original canon but you can get generic replacements for a fraction of the cost, I personally use the original ones, but again I don't print hundreds of pages, just the average family use so it doesn't hurt me when I have to replace them.
The print quality is really good from a compact ink jet printer, good enough to print decent charts, documents and even photos.
The canon boasts print speeds of upto 16 pages per minute, this must ...

Excellent Photo Printer
Review of HP PhotoSmart 385 by
mrcricket
Advantages: Compact, portable, wireless, preview screen, easy to use.
Disadvantages: None really, but make sure you dont overpay, £140 is a good price.
...very happy. The HP PhotoSmart 385 is quite compact and very portable as it can be used wireless through USB and bluetooth connections. Its speed is ok but this is to be expected with a quality colour photo printer. The preview screen is the best feature of this printer allowing you to view before you print. This photo printer also includes 32 MB of RAM so some of your photos can be stored for printing in the future. When bought the printer comes ... ...your photos don't forget to include prices replacement cartidges and printing paper when deciding whether to buy or not. With prices starting at £139.46 this is a good buy and you wont be disapointed with the results. Overall i am still extremely happy with this printer as i have never had any trouble at all, therefore i recommend it to all people looking for a photo printer. Enjoy! ...

review of samsung spp-2020 printer
Review of Samsung SPP 2020 by
ciaomoneymaker
Advantages: good quality photos
Disadvantages: takes up quite a bit of space
very good value for money, with it only being twenty five pounds! does however use up quite alot of space on my desk, as it has a long extended part of the printer, for holding paper, which is not shown on the picture for it on this website. the quality of the print outs are extremely good and i would recommend this product to any family who didnt already have one, it works much better than just using your ordinary printer with photographic paper! ...

Cute printer gives you what you need on the move
Review of Canon BJC 85 by
sadoldbag
Advantages: Portable, cheap to print, small size on desk
Disadvantages: Slow, only average print quality
...the software/driver for my desktop Canon at work conflicted with this one. Naturally I wanted to be able to use this at home (where my printing volume are low and my requirements more draft than presentation quality) and a more high volume one one my desk at work. But I couldn't! How stupid. Had to change my Canon printer at work for a different one (swapped with someone else in the office) then it was OK. You'd think Canon might have seen that one ... ...if you need this kind of thing. If you want high volume then buy a laser; if you want to print lots of images in colour etc then buy a photosmart or something.
But I have a laptop and I occasionally had to travel for work so it was really useful to be able to print off, say, a presentation I was preparing without having to rely on a hotel's business suite or whatever.
At home I only needed to print off the odd thing - a few pages a day, so the ...
