The design shape of this, is basically a big box. And it is big because this printer is for an high end personal use or for medium class office work. Advantages: Fast, excellent print quality
Disadvantages: Too many limitations

The 5550 has excellent print quality and its quick. It should be, because it is sold as a high duty-cycle commercial machine suitable for networking etc. But it cannot handle glossy or thick stock in the lower paper trays, plus they have no availability for custom sizes in them either.
