Great Printer!
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R285 by Selito206

Advantages: Perfect CD printing, Photo paper printing and normal paper printer quality!
Disadvantages: Large in size and has a few problems in CD printing (as explained in main review)

...ink being not even geniune Epson Ink, was perfect and high quality. The problems that i had was after i set everything up, and was about to test print my first few CDs, the printer said something was blocking the printer head. I had to restart the printer several times, and restart the computer 2 times to get it back to working/printing condition. What i learned was that when you want to print on CDs, you turn on the printer, and wait until it has ...
...ebay, and really it does not affect image quality as i have been using Epson for years and never bought genuine epson branded ink. Plus you can save a lot by buying Epson (in particular R285) because you can buy a CISS system for it reducing your printing costs significantly!!! ... Read review

family printer
Review of Epson Stylus D120 by techno_man_37

Advantages: quality
Disadvantages: looks

This Epson printer looks like a quite poor quality family home printer. I don't mean its design as it actually looks quite cool. However just because its shape looks like all the other rubbish quality printers that came before. This printer however is really good quality, and Epson even boast it makes a sensible alternative to a laser printer in the home or office. This printer shows you, that you can get the same quality and speed from an inkjet ...
...than a laser printer, infact a lot cheaper. you could buy on of these for around £50, where as a laser printer could cost anything up to £500 and might not even be as good quality. What I meant by this printer looks like any other, is that its got a simple body, a paper feeder at the top and a slot at the bottom, where you printed documents come out of. You can probably all imagined what this looks like already, its just your typical printer. The ... Read review

Epson R285
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R285 by wilding2004

Advantages: Print quality, low price, individual inks
Disadvantages: Slightly bulky design

...printers the best results come with using the best photo paper, and amazingly this printer was bundled with a pack of 7x5 Epson Premium Glossy paper. I tend to use this printer for making A4 size copies of select photos. It really does justice to high resolution imagery. ... Read review

Pretty good
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R360 by bennyT595

Advantages: Excellent for printing out pictures straight from the memory card
Disadvantages: Slow turning on

Well, what can i say its a printer........................ but a bloody good one. Lets face it, it does look good, i love the small lcd screen in the front. Erm i think the printing quality is excellent, and the ability to vary it by selecting the quality you want and what type of paper you want to use it for is useful, especailly if you want to just print out something rough and don't want to waste ink, which is another thing, the ink doesn't seem ... EPSON STYLUS PHOTO R265: SUPER, I LIKE IT!
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R265 by Hi-Spec-Tek

Advantages: BETTER DESIGN, QUIETER, GOOD PHOTO AND DVD/CD PRINTING.
Disadvantages: I HAVE FOUND NONE TO DATE.

THE EPSON STYLUS R265 CD/DVD & PHOTO PRINTER. I must say that since this one was chosen for me by Epson UK having had a somewhat disasterous time with the previous model of similar ilk, the (EPSON STYLUS R260). The R265 is so far doing well! I have yet to give it the test of time since the R260 "croaked" after a somewhat short space of time in my estimation. 12 months almost to the day! I had an error messages up about non-replaceable parts wearing ...
...gaurantee too. I telephoned the Epson UK establishment and was told that it could be repaired but... costs would outweigh the value of the printer. They did suggest that I take up the offer of the Epson Stylus R265. Yes, an altogether better piece of gear in many ways - so far! I await at least another six months to see if I have a repeat performance of the "unworthy" R260. I have owned the Epson Stylus R265 for about six months to date. I have ... Read review
