...for the pair for original canon but you can get generic replacements for a fraction of the cost, I personally use the original ones, but again I don't print hundreds of pages, just the average family use so it doesn't hurt me when I have to replace them. ...the software/driver for my desktop Canon at work conflicted with this one. Naturally I wanted to be able to use this at home (where my printing volume are low and my requirements more draft than presentation quality) and a more high volume one one my desk at work. But I couldn't! How stupid. Had to change my Canon printer at work for a different one (swapped with someone else in the office) then it was OK. You'd think Canon might have seen that one ...

Although computers were meant to help us cut down on paper and save the rainforest, we all still need the occasional hard copy. If like me, you only do the occasional bit of printing, these offer a lot for a small initial outlay.
