A printer good for home use
Review of Canon PIXMA IP2500 by
Sweetpea1075
Advantages: Inexpensive, Nice design, modern looking, OK for everyday use
Disadvantages: Noisy, takes ages to start up, goes through ink quickly
...had broken. I have a Canon camera and know that Canon is a good well know brand. It also looks nice and modern and has a nice shiny black finish.
For the jobs that I want it to do at the moment, it performs well, although I am hoping to print out some large photo prints in the near future, so will be upgrading. For standard photos and written documents, it does the job nicely, although some of the colours on the photos did not come out the same ... ...the printer itself, as my PC may not be set up correctly.
The disadvantage is the amount of ink it uses. I have never used so much over the last few months, especially if you are printing out photos - it is not a cheap option. Much cheaper to get them done at processing lab or online. The ink is not cheap for this printer either, compared with other similar printers. Although I have found that even when it says it is empty, there is still actually ...

Great Scott! A Portable Printing Device!
Review of Canon Pixma iP90v by
Craigshadow12
Advantages: Great for printing on the move, Good quality prints.
Disadvantages: Moderate speeds, Not truely mobile without the battery pack.
...because I have had many Canon printers in the past and have had nothing but the best quality. I have already owned 3 Canon products from the Pixma range alone so I knew roughly what to expect. I knew that I was going to get a great printer with the added bonus of it being able to travel with me easily. Even though there are many other portable printer options out there, and even some of these being released by Canon themselves, I have tested these ... ...Overview
=
The Canon Pixma iP90v is designed in the style of a laptop. This brings with it style and the option to carry this printer with ease. The printer is however about twice as thick as my laptop but this is still a very good size for a printer. Before this there was a similar product called the Canon Pixma iP90. This model however improves on this by offering faster printing speeds for photos and also added support for Windows Vista ...

Photo quality printer. Cheap price.
Review of Canon Pixma IP1300 by
ILIKEMONEY
Advantages: affordable
Disadvantages: Looks shabby
...work with any of the canon software or any Photo shop software either. The software provided is ok. It is basic but will allow you to crop and edit photos. It will also let you get rid of red eye and add anything too it if you wish. Some shops have this as an extra so don't assume you will get software with the printer.
-Price-
I can't argue about the price. It has ranged from £50 all the way down to £15 but most shops sell it at about £20-£25. ... ...It is small as it only uses one colour fine cartridge and it prints great but there is that style issue. Anyway for a great printer this is an amazing price and I couldn't believe it myself when I saw it. I thought I would get a rubbish thing but it is great. As soon as I ordered it I had doubts about it and I wondered if I could get a refund for it but as soon as I opened the box and got it going all doubts where behind me. I now print loads of ...

Good printer using good paper
Review of HP Photosmart D5160 by
patiwronin
Advantages: affordable price of both the printer&paper to it
Disadvantages: need high quality paper to have nice looking images
This HP Photosmart D5160 Printer series is designed for families looking for a versatile printer offering the best of all worlds - lab-quality 6-ink photo printing, fast laser-quality document printing plus the ability to print directly onto CD/DVDs. You can also print photos without a PC using your digital camera or memory cards 2, or with your PC using HP Photosmart Express or Essential.
Its price is very affordable, this is a good value for money ... ...looking pictures/ images. And you obiviously need to leave the freshly printed pictures to dry otherwise the colours. I would recommend the printer, too because its price is affordable (I bought it for £48)and taking into account that paper is not really expenisive- maximum £10 for 20 sheets. ...

Multi-purpose, multi-success!
Review of Canon Pixma MP180 by
MrEvans101
Advantages: Quick, efficient, high quality
Disadvantages: Photocopy function slightly worse than normal prints
...As regards printing cartridges, the Canon brand may not be the cheapest, but then again, you must pay for quality. Also, there aren't really any "cheap" brands of much worth available anyway. In all fairness, the durability of the cartridges makes them worth everything single penny in my view. I regularly use my printer, and I was surprised by how economic it was. A little ink certainly goes a very long way with this printer A very very long way ... ...it to potential buyers. The Canon Pixma MP180 is the complete package, and an excellent all-rounder. There are no serious faults with it, it is extremely easy to set up and use, and it is very cheap regaring the longevity of its cartridges.
An excellent multi-function printer, that I'm sure would more than satisy anyone's needs. ...
