The printer has a light which flashes red when the cartridges need to be replaced - but ignore that - keep printing until the ink actually isn't on the paper any more - which can be several days (or even weeks later!) Advantages: Fast, excellent print quality
Disadvantages: Too many limitations

The 5550 has excellent print quality and its quick. It should be, because it is sold as a high duty-cycle commercial machine suitable for networking etc. But it cannot handle glossy or thick stock in the lower paper trays, plus they have no availability for custom sizes in them either.
