Great Printer!
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R285 by
Selito206
Advantages: Perfect CD printing, Photo paper printing and normal paper printer quality!
Disadvantages: Large in size and has a few problems in CD printing (as explained in main review)
...ink being not even geniune Epson Ink, was perfect and high quality. The problems that i had was after i set everything up, and was about to test print my first few CDs, the printer said something was blocking the printer head. I had to restart the printer several times, and restart the computer 2 times to get it back to working/printing condition. What i learned was that when you want to print on CDs, you turn on the printer, and wait until it has ... ...ebay, and really it does not affect image quality as i have been using Epson for years and never bought genuine epson branded ink. Plus you can save a lot by buying Epson (in particular R285) because you can buy a CISS system for it reducing your printing costs significantly!!! ...

Pretty good
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R360 by
bennyT595
Advantages: Excellent for printing out pictures straight from the memory card
Disadvantages: Slow turning on
Well, what can i say its a printer........................ but a bloody good one. Lets face it, it does look good, i love the small lcd screen in the front. Erm i think the printing quality is excellent, and the ability to vary it by selecting the quality you want and what type of paper you want to use it for is useful, especailly if you want to just print out something rough and don't want to waste ink, which is another thing, the ink doesn't seem ...

what a picture
Review of Canon PIXMA IP3500 by
techno_man_37
Advantages: cheap for what it does
Disadvantages: not alot of features
The canon pixma ip3500 is a great buy, its good quality it looks very cool but best of all its cheap too.
In fact this little machine will only cost you around £50, and for a great printer, what more could you ask for.
Just because it's a little printer, and its not very expensive, don't just make the assumption that this doesn't print fast. This printer has the capability to print out a massive 25ppm in black text.
It prints colour pages out ... ...at 10.4ppm.
The print quality isn't amazing, however id say its above average. The black print looks nice and really sharp when printed, and the colour pictures come out fine on this printer when printed.
When its all closed up, this printer looks like a nice box, it does have curved sides making it look more stylish and making sure it doesn't poke anyone's eyes out. When not in use all the flaps and panels fold up nice and easy, so that when its ...

Cheap and chick
Review of Canon PIXMA IP1800 by
alexloukakis
Advantages: Value for money, design
Disadvantages: Size, no paper tray
I was looking for a printer that would be good value for money. I came across the Epson iP1800 and I really fell for the colour and design and its glossy finish. What dissapointed me though was that their was no cable inside, which was to cost me another £10-15 to purchase and no paper tray for prints, somethin I have never before seen missing in a printer. The iP1800s printing quality is perfect for me, but it was a little disspointing when I printed ... ...still the images where not as impressive as my last HP printer. The software which it came with was very basic, just photo printing tools. Overall however, it is exceptional value for money, and it's design will allow the printer to fit in with most surroundings and decorational tastes. The main drawbacks for me where the size and the fact that their was no cable inside. ...

Canon Pixma
Review of Canon PIXMA IP2500 by
jay_001
Advantages: great looking printouts, very attractive design, quick prints, low prices
Disadvantages: does not include a paper output tray
...most PC workstations.
The Canon iP2500 does not include a paper output tray, some users may find this a nuisance as they will need to catch their prints as the printjob finishes to prevent them falling onto the floor/desk. Connects to the PC via USB interface, is compatible with Windows/Mac.
This printer comes with a Creative CD and a pack of matte paper (quite a few sheets in the pack).
For the price I have seen this for, it's definitely worth ...
