Tech Support said to call back the next day, but when I did they said they couldn't help me and they couldn't escalate the problem to engineering. Now I have no way to print for my company. I've been having to go to Kinko's to print stuff. I'm so glad I have a $1000 brick taking up a huge amount of real estate ... Read review
