...as yet. As with all Xerox Phaser machines paper jams are always easy to clear anyway if the occur. The print speed is very good. It prints 35 page per minute in colour and 45 pages per minute in black and white which is great when I am doing huge print runs as it doesn't take too long to print them off. Advantages: low cost color printer for laser and fast and easy to use
Disadvantages: no calibration parameter, toner cattrage dont last long

Hi, I have this printer for a year now, and I can tell you, it a good printer, but with some big default. Ok fine ! it is low cost, but the catrage cost about 100$ each for full load. Dont be fool by the 54$ catrage they have 50% of toner in it and you need 4 catrage (black, yellow, magenta, cyan) so it about 400$ for 1000 copies full color. Not so low cost anymore. the default it mostly the fact that at 25% of the catrage, it start missing spot ...
...shake the catrage and it good for about 10 copies. On the good side, there is a option that tell you how much toner is left in the catrage. For the color quality, it good for graph but not for photo. It does'nt do well the brown or color like purple, beige. There is no option on the printer that you can calibrate le color. On the plus side. I been able to print carboard, sticker, and glossy paper very easily and it can print on both side in a flash. ... Read review

...in to getting supplies from Xerox and they want you to order from a special web site. Big problem is that the system just does not cope with an uneven demand pattern. If you have sudden peaks as we do for printing leaflets for exhibitions then you will run out of something and find you cannot have another one because you only recently ordered one of the same toner or of something else. ...you speak to won't give you the stuff, you then ring the service manager and he OK's it. If you can put up with this nonsense then in all other respects it is a great machine. I bought this printer for an emergency. It only cost 30 dollars on clearence.I really love this printer. It is fast and very reliible. The photo quality is impressive. I reguraly print photos, up to 4x6''photos in 37 seconds. It is also great for regular use. It also has an added usb port that enables PICBRIDGE cameras to print without a computer. Advantages: cost effective, high volume printing for small office
Disadvantages: Problem when trying to print double sided (duplexing)

Unfortunately, the HP OfficeJet Pro K5400dn printer features looked good on the website and I fell for it! I ordered 2 HP OfficeJet Pro K5400dn printers for work. After setting up the first one, and testing it, it kept chewing up the paper as the print carriage was catching it when using double sided printing (duplexing), so sent it back and got a replacement. The second one seemed to work fine except for the odd chewing of paper when double sided, ...
...so sent this back also. The first replacement worked fine for the most part for about 4 weeks and then starting chewing again so sent it back with the second replacement which I didn't bother taking out of the box. This is why I would not recommend this printer at all. ... Read review
