Review of DYMO LabelWriter 320 by Debiuk

Advantages: No ink or toner and very low maintence
Disadvantages: Does not print in colour

...you want to use genuine Dymo or compatiable labels. Printing is quick and a bit noisy but nothing to disturbing. I have found the Dymo Customer Services extremely easy to deal with and very helpful with complete followup from the staff. Any problem resolved quickly and in a professional manner. All in all, I highly recommend this item and should it have to be replaced, I would definitely purchase another. ... Read review

Good older printer
Review of HP LaserJet 4000n by nig6

Advantages: Quick, reliable and good quality
Disadvantages: Old now and only black and white

I have one of these as my printer and work, and have used the same model for many years. The printer does look dated now to be honest, as it is an older design, but it looks functional and has an LCD screen on the top of the printer that shows the menus and error messages. Below the screen is a green button to turn the printer on and offline and a couple of other buttons to navigate the simple to use menu. This is an A4 printer so will only print ...
...and the manual feed. There is an indicator on the outside of the paper tray to show how much paper is in the printer without removing the tray - very useful! As this is only a mono laser printer, naturally it only prints in black and white, it is very quick to print and the quality is very good. This printer is very easy to use, changing the cartridge is really easy too! So in summary, a good printer not manufactured anymore - but parts and consumables ... Read review

HP LaserJet 4L
Review of HP LaserJet 4L by A.Smith

Advantages: Well built, toner lasts ages
Disadvantages: Poor graphics, very slow

First off I was given this printer as they were replacing all of the old black & white laser printers with colour laser printers. I currently own two printers, one inkjet and this laserjet, which is the best option really as I can use one for graphics and one for text. The LaserJet 4L isn't the fastest of all printers, if you're printing a large document with a fair few pages then it might be worth going to put the kettle on and getting a cup of ...
...a little bit like waiting for paint to dry. Even though it's not the fastest of all printers the quality isn't too bad if you're just looking to print text, if you've included images within your document then don't expect anything brilliant from this printer because as far as images go it really does make a mess of them. An advantage of this printer is the amount of paper it can hold, I'm sure you've all gone to print something and the printer has ... Read review

Time Saving Devices No1
Review of DYMO LabelWriter 310 by paranoidcookie

Advantages: Top time saver for ebayaholics
Disadvantages: The labels can be a bit pricy

...like jiffies bags. The dymo is a simple little printer aimed solely at printing little adhesive labels which you stick onto parcels, jiffy bags and packages. You can also make little labels to stick onto things, I labelled up some of my storage boxes with contents. The package came with a usb cable, software cd, initial roll of labels and thermal paper. The drivers were easy to install and integrated with Word, and my address book. The software ...
...I bought the dymo from Misco (www.msico.co.uk) for 55 pounds plus delivery. It was actually an end of line item the 400 series has replaced the 300. Companies like Avery Make laser labels which are sheets of labels you can feed through an ordinary printer. Avery labels work but personally I prefer the convince of having a single device for the job. Also when I used avery labels I found I ended up wasting loads when I left sheets in the printer or ...
