I bought one of these babies because I hate inkjets and love laser. This was the only one I could really afford which was small enough to fit on my desktop and had colour. Laser printers are better than inkjets because they give a crisp and professional look to word documents and spreadsheets. Disadvantages: Doesn't seem to warn you when toner is low

...find the disk. Support from Canon (telephone) was excellent and the software can be downloaded online. There is no LCD screen but most functions can be dealt with through the pc-based monitor.
