It is an all in one, so a printer, scanner and copier, and the price ranges from around £30-50 which i think is reasonably good value for money. ...just have one cartridge for both, as i personally use a lot more black than colour, so i only have to replace whichever one is needed as opposed to the whole cartridge, when there may still be colour ink left in it. It has an extendable tray which you can pull out while it is printing to catch the paper, and the buttons are easy to use. It was also very easy to install, with no major problems arising.
