Great printer horrible customer support from Fuji
Advantages: Nice prints
Disadvantages: Bad customer support
Got this printer to produce crime photos for a law enforcement agency. The quality of the printer is by far excellent. The area that I feel they fasll short in is the customer support you receive from Fuji for this hardware.
