Advantages: Very cheap inks, extremely ink efficient

The HP Photosmart 8250 is the third printer I've bought, and it's definately the best. While it's print quality isn't quite as good as some printers on the market, it's definately amoung the best for the price - I paid only £99 for mine! The big advantage the 8250 has over every other printer out there is the ink efficiency - not only are the cartridges cheap (about £6-7 for each colour), but almost all the ink inside makes it onto the paper. ...

Normal inkjets clean the heads by squirting ink onto a sponge - the 8250 sucks the ink into itself and cleans out the airbubbles, as there won't be any dust there. I have owned the Lexmark X4550 inkjet printer all in one for about a year, and I have to say it is the best printer I have ever owned. The wireless is easy to set up, and the speed at which it prints is superb. There is one flaw when scanning, and that is that it cannot always download the application list, which is easy to fix with 2 patches from lexmarks website. At first I had a few problems loading the cd,it kept saying the disc couldnt be read,found out it was just a faulty disc which was promptly replaced (from the shop I brought it from) As for the printer it does everything and more. You can get too types of cartridges for this printer,the standard ones which print about 500 pages and the XL cartridges that print about 2400 (thats a lot of printing) My printer came complete wth 4 inks,and 2 printerheads ...
...So far I have printed off holiday photos,leaflets and flyers and I can say the printer is fast and economical,it prints top quality prints in next to no time.
