Advantages Price and Performance

Not surprisingly, many Internet based companies at the competitive edge will have similarly low prices. I chose Printware because of their good reviews on the Internet. I gave the sales line a ring to see how quickly they answered - immediately - and the assistant confirmed that because it was only just under 2 hours before the cut-off time for same day dispatch, that there would be little point in paying extra for overnight delivery (so no attempt to extract more revenue) as Printware would be almost certain to have it with their couriers that day, and they always dispatch orders using the overnight service. She confirmed stock levels, and offered to take a telephone order, which I declined. Having placed my order via their website, I was almost immediately rung back to check if I was aware the printer comes with only a partial toner fill, and asking if I required an additional refill.
At 10:15 the following morning the printer arrived well packaged and ready to go. A flawless transaction by an excellent company. Highly recommended.
