Today I have spent the day entertaining my two-year-old brother, as my mum has been ill. Pritt **PACKAGING** I use a lot of this at home and at work, and tend to buy it by the box, usually 24 of the 40g sticks, since these are the ones I think are the easiest for children to hold (the glue sticks, not the box) So, thinking of the 40g stick, these have a pull off top and written all over the stick is the Pritt logo. There is a black turn up and turn down mechanism at the bottom which makes the actual glue stick move up or down. I seem to remember that the advertising when this first came out, and it was hailed as "Pritt, the non-sticky , sticky stuff "..........huuughh? Well either it’s sticky or it’s not.......right? Well actually I see what they mean. It is sticky , and there again it’s not. It’s not messy at least, I think they should have called it Pritt the non messy sticky stuff, but it doesn’t have the same ring to it. Glue that isn’t sticky is a bit of a misnomer isn’t it ? Being a girl who is very into art, who is always drawing and painting, backing pictures onto card, there is one thing I can't live without and that is my Pritt Stick.
