You may remember all the hype surrounding this film - that is was basically just porn, swearing and violence. The ad campaign didn't help much either, with the semi-naked woman draped around the words "Private Parts" in an appropriate position.

However, after watching this film you realise there's a lot more to it than that. Howard Stern may be famous for his shock-jock radio work, but another side is revealed to him here. From his "secret" pot-smoking as a teenager to travelling across the country with his wife, it's a film I remember well. Not bad considering it's a year or two since I saw it last.

It's funny film, yet one that's somehow very touching. Maybe it's biased, but it shows another side to Stern that you can't ignore.

    I think you picked up on a couple of points that are often overlooked :) I loved the film, and Howard Stern is a genius. Good summary review (though a breif statement about what the film is about might be useful for thsoe who havent watched it or heard about it)
