My insurance package from Nissan allowed me to add up to £1,000 of extras to my car, and notifying them was a quick and painless experience. A quick phone call to their 0800 number, telling them what was being added, and handing over my debit card number for an administration fee of £40 and it was all done and dusted. No problems at all. My new documentation was sent out immediately and was in my arms within 48 hours.Having an accident is where you can really find out about the company who insures you. My car was unfortunately involved in an accident in January, and so I saw this side of the company too. A call to the claims line with the details, and it was all taken care of. Out came an engineer to view the damage to the car (a write off unfortunately) within 48 hours, and within 5 days the final decision had been made on the future of my vehicle.
This was again a quick and easy process, notify Privilege of what has happened and they take all the pain out of it, taking over completely, but keeping you informed all the way through.Great premiums, great cover, free legal cover, free courtest car, and amazingly quick service. And a company unafraid of modifications to boot. Does insurance get any better than this?!?
