I got my quote on-line (which gives another 10% discount) and - ok, so their web site crashed when I tried to proceed, but I just called them up, told them what had happened and they were only too happy to complete the transaction over the phone, with the 10% online discount.
Very friendly, very quick, it will be interesting to see what happens at the end of the year - will it go up - will it not.
