After moving in to my new built flat and having limited space for things such as Vacuum Cleaners and such like the idea to get rid of the oversized old cleaner was of course my own and not the thinking of my rather thrifty boyfriend. We did however come to a compromise and instead of my idea to get a compact Dyson for a large amount of money we settled on a compact cheap vacuum cleaner from Argos instead.
The idea of getting a bag less vacuum cleaner was really mine as I find the whole idea of having to spend money on bags, which seem to fill up in our house pretty quickly, only to throw away seems such a waste. Almost one year back I bought this vacum cleaner from argos for just £20 pounds. They offered me five bags with this pack. I am still using it seems good in condition & working properly except a more noice than before, i actually don't know why?. But any how it gave me in return very good value in terms of facilities. Very easy to use, quite solid in make, yes bit weighty but still ok for me in terms of value for money. One bag is enough for almost one month for normal use, so I used all six bag for first six month. Means it cost me around £25 for whole year. Is that not worthy for any one! for me it's too much. Cleaning quality is good, capacity is aslo sufficient for normal home user. the only bad thing about it is that of noise. It making bit more noice than comaparatively other hoors. After nearly five years of use, the button on the floor attachment has broken, and is now difficult to press down, so I am considering buying a replacement cleaner sometime in the near future.
This cleaner does use bags, and they can be bought from Argos at a cost of £5.89 for a pack of 5. The bags have a 2 litre capacity. Changing the bags is very easy and pretty much mess free. The cleaner opens up easily, and the bags have a solid cardboard part which slides in and out of the holder easily, so you rarely get any spillage.

This is a budget cleaner, and costs just £27.39 from Argos. I think this is good value, and mine has lasted a lot longer than I expected it to.
