Unfortunatly, I started to get spots, so i was advised Freederm., so i thought i'd give it a shot. I tried a lot of other products, most did nothing to improve my skin. So i was eager to try freederm, i bought the gel rather than the lotion. I used it day and night, quite a lot at night and i'd say it is good for spots but i wouldn't say its ideal for acne. It is the only treatment that has been successful for me in controlling spots these were very deep painful ones. it costs £8.95 which you may think is expensive but it does last a long time mine lasted 4 months. There is no smell it doesnt aggravate your skin just leaves it soft and supple you can put your face cream over the top of this product and it wont react.
