Well done to Prochef and the team. And thankyou ... ...of bread, cakes etc... I feel that when sticking to a recipe, the Prochef product delivers the performance required. No need to pre-heat, and the space within the oven is bigger than some of my friends range style cookers!!

Prochef failed to deliver the PDO 2607 oven, a gas hob and an extractor fan I ordered. For three months I tried to contact them without success, no-one ever answered the phone, emails were returned and their Website doesn't work now. I suspect the company is in serious trouble and I have just started court proceedings to get my money back. I know Prochef has moved to Manchester from North Wales as a registered letter from me was accepted by someone at their new address. We have had one of these ovens for over 4 years and it has been great. However the element went on the top fan oven, so I contacted Prochef. They were very helpful as to why it might have failed so soon (excessive use of oven cleaners near the element) and assured me they would send a replacement on receipt of a cheque to their parts Co. at a PO Box. I sent the cheque, 6 days later the part arrived well packed and the oven now works perfectly. I understand that they had a sticky patch last year when they were moving from Wales to Manchester, but now things are looking up. Suggest that reviews over 6 months old are out of date and not accurate. ...

Havnt been able to contact Prochef for 2 mnths now and they have had a deposit for over a year. Their website and phones are not working so things dont look good. They used to be so helpful on the phone. It just goes to show, you cant trust some fplks, even if they display at prestigious events such as Grand design and self build shows at the NEC. ...

I have had one of these cookers for 6 years now and all was going well until the element went on the larger oven, I have tried in vain to contact Prochef with numerous E-mails and phone calls to enquire
about a replacement part but ,still after three weeks the only response I have had is a call from a man on a mobile phone number telling me if I send £80.00 to a PO box address in Cheshire made out to himself they will put the part in the post.
After reading all the very, helpfull reviews from others about the poor service I think not, no way am I going to part with my money. ...

We have a model 2704 .As previous reviews, cannot obtain spare parts. After many phone calls & letter writing, still no contact. It appears to be a one man business, but even he does not answer the phone. Next stop for us will be the Office Of Fair Trading. Buyers beware !! ...
