I bought this game secondhand as i do with most games and was pleased with the new look to the game. The graphics looked even better and i couldn't wait to get on a motorbike. The career mode is different to that in PGR3 with it's month/date/event layout. There is also an arcade mode which is more like the PGR3 career mode but there is lots of variety throughout this game. It is very easy to sit down and have a play with it. The kudos system works differently as well. At first i found it hard to get the hang of but when played for a while it is much more rewarding than in PGR3. Also there are no such things as credits (money) as you buy not single cars but SETS of cars (which makes the game feel nicer if i may say) with kudos gained. The cars are less glitchy and the bikes implemented are fun (sometimes tedious on ice) and as mentioned just there there are much more wether conditions. What i found really cool was in dips in the road and when it was wet, there would be water collected in the dips, which was so much more realistic, but still playable. There is also PGR On demand, which also invokes the use of photo taking in game and saved replays. The photos you can take can look incredibly beautiful with ease and then can be uploaded to the sever where people can vote and watch pictures and replays. I feel that not many people get the chance to do this as the game has been out for some time and not many votes have been cast on even the most popular of photos The music in this game is very restricted and i find myself either listening to the same tracks built in to the game or listening to my own music through the xbox guide. On the whole, this game is great for people looking for a competitive and rewarding racing game.
