Awesome Projector from BenQ. I am a BenQ Fan now!
Advantages: Great Color, Sensitivity, Contrast, Portability, and Ease of Use. Disadvantages: It's a bit pricey if you have to use your own Salary to buy it, haha.
I purchased the BenQ MP623 three months ago, based on a friend’s recommendation. I have never viewed BenQ as a mainstream brand, so I didn’t think too much of them before; however I can say upon buying this projector it has definitely allowed me to branch out my awareness on consumer electronics brands. I purchased this projector for the use of the small class of students I teach voluntarily for a Sunday school. The main reason was of course to show ... ...Sunday school curriculum. The second reason why I purchased the projector was for personal use, as it was out of my own budget and not of the schools’. To my surprise, I now use the projector not only for teaching purposes, but also for my own leisure activities: watching movies, TV, or inviting some friends over to watch the weekly sports. When choosing the projector, I knew I needed a projector with at least 2000 lumens, because the room that I ...

Mini LED Projector with USB connectivity!
Advantages: LED bulb, quick on quick off, USB connectivity Disadvantages: Wish it was offered in multiple colors
...that’s when I found the BenQ GP1. Of course, you can’t compare the performance between the GP1 and the HD20, but I got to say, for the price you pay for the GP1 and the size and weight of it, it really is an amazing mini projector. Although only with 100 lumens, it is 100 lumens of LED (RGB not white) lamination, and I must say if you compare it with standard LCD or DLP 100 lumens, the LED’s 100 lumens are quite a few multiples higher. And the device ... ...Another great thing is that the GP1, being LED, is able to have instant on/off capabilities, which saves a lot of time. And you can forget about changing bulbs, as LED bulbs will last at least 20,000 hours. The best part about the GP1 is that it comes equipped with a USB port and I also bought the extra adapter for iPod /iPhone connectivity so I could just plug in my iPhone and play movies onto the wall whenever and wherever I want. That’s the great ...

Great Projector Packed with Great specs!
Advantages: Great Color, High resolution, Huge picture, Low sound! Disadvantages: Small speakers on the units, pretty much redundant. Do not depend on the onboard speakers haha.
...since I originally purchased the BenQ MP624. At first I got it for my office. This was great as I could pitch together with my boss to our clients with Power Point presentations, or simply use it to show presentations during our Monday weekly meetings. I remember realizing one day that I could take this projector to, 'perhaps', better use, by taking it home and using it to watch movies, especially when it's too hot outside. The projector works great ... ...With 3000 lumens the projector is definitely bright enough to use in all sort of different lighting environments, which is extremely great for its adaptability. I also learned that the MP624 can adapt to 720p and 1080i displays for movies!
Lamp changes for this projector happen after every 3000 hours or 4000 hours on eco-mode. This seems pretty standard as I did a little research on the other competing units of the MP624 from other brands. I also ...

MP771 is definately a choice for everyone with space constraints!
Advantages: Small, portable, short throw, 3000 lumens, ease of use. Disadvantages: Minor picture distortion resulted from short-throw projection.
I got this projector as a replacement from our school’s IT department 2 months ago, cause our existing projector for the classroom was just too old to play with anymore. Been so fun to teach with since the day I received it. The short throw technology adds the “no-boundaries” title that this projector really deserves. It can projector far or it can project close at fair sizes for the relative ranges. The picture quality of the projection was beautiful. ... ...one another, as in the colors did not blend in with one another, looking like more of a big blob.
I love how the projector is short throw, and because of this sometimes I take it home with me for movies with my wife and children on the weekend. As we do not have a large flat screen TV, this projector makes the perfect alternative for such an event. You could also use this projector for watching sporting events with friends or families. I could imagine ...

PB2120 - Great things come in small packages...
Advantages: Small, Bright, High Quality, HD Disadvantages: Can be a bit noisy, but you get used to it very quickly
The PB2120 is small, it is portable, and it is bright. I use it for a home cinema system and it is very high quality.
It can take resolutions of 1280x1024 but it has to compress them, 1024x768 is the one i leave it on, as i power my home cinema system from a computer, not a dvd player.
It can take a range of inputs which makes it very useful, but it can be a bit loud at times, but as i said, you get used to it very quickly.
It takes a while to ... ...just 3 meters away from the screen i am using, it will happily fill up the screen (aprox 2m diagnally). I have not tried the built in speaker, but from past projector experience, they are never any good, so i use my surround sound system.
The main thing i like is it's size and weight, it can very easily be carried around with you. ...
