Extremely Powerful BenQ Educational Projector

Advantages: 4,000 lumens, 2,600:1 contrast ratio, low audible sound
Disadvantages: Not small enough to be extremely portable

Optoma ES522 is an excellent buy

Advantages: budget price, excellent quality, good bulb life, replacement bulbs not extortionate, easy to use
Disadvantages: it's only an SVGA projector

MP772ST is a great short throw projector

Advantages: Incredibly convenient and great quality projection, has short throw technology
Disadvantages: comes with a VGA cable, but need to buy S-video and component if you need them

About as good as it gets

Advantages: Image brightness, Picture quality, Build quality, Reliability.
Disadvantages: Very heavy, very expensive
